Working Together helps teams practice new ways of working together, so the whole group leads, not just the leader.
Most teams can see what's possible and can't get there. They circle the same issues, defer to whoever pushes hardest, and watch good decisions unravel later in rework. That's not a motivation problem, it's a structural one: we've inherited a model that assumes one person can hold it all, and that's the wrong design for complex work.
We specialize in organizational development, social design, digital facilitation, and public engagement. We do the work with you, not at you, and build capacity that stays once we're gone. Success looks like a group that can think together, say the hard thing without blowing up, and share the load of its good, big work.
We serve people + projects building a regenerative future.

— Zamani Ra, Founder, CEED Canada
"It's clear to me that many of my challenges will be solved by developing my team."
— Prashant Tripathi, Associate Director, EY

Working Together has clients, students and collaborators worldwide, and currently operates out of Edmonton, Alberta on Treaty 6 territory — ᐊᒥᐢᑲᐧᒋᐋᐧᐢᑲᐦᐃᑲᣕ (Amiskwacîwâskahikan). We acknowledge this place as a traditional gathering space, travelled, and cared for since time immemorial by the Nêhiyawak (Cree), Anishinaabe (Saulteaux), Niitsitapi (Blackfoot), Dene, Nakota Sioux, Métis Nation of Alberta, Region 4, and others.
